What are the delivery costs?

Once an order has been placed, we will provide you with a track and trace link, which will allow you to monitor the progress of your package. Our shipping partners and we strive to deliver your product to your doorstep as quickly as we can.

When can I return my order?

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the product without providing any reason, provided that the product has not been used. If the product is used or damaged, it cannot be returned.

The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

What does this warranty cover?

This Warranty guarantees against any flaws in material or craftsmanship during the Warranty Period when the product is used normally. However, if the customer mistakenly writes or stamps the wrong letter on a Biternity plate, the product cannot be returned for warranty.

Biternity will repair or replace, free of charge, any defective products or parts of a product that are found to be faulty due to improper materials or workmanship during the Warranty Period, as long as they are used and maintained normally.

This Warranty cannot be transferred to anyone else.

How will Biternity correct the problem?

At no cost to the customer, Biternity will fix the Product by utilizing either brand new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

If a Physical Good is purchased from Biternity, the Warranty Period will last for 1 year from the date of purchase. In the event that a replacement Physical Good or part is needed, it will assume the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good.

What does this warranty not cover?

Biternity will not assume responsibility for the loss of valuable assets, cryptocurrencies, or other information as a result of product failure, damage, or loss by end-users. If a product failure is confirmed, Biternity will provide a replacement product that is either new or of similar value, according to the terms of this warranty statement. However, Biternity will not be held liable under any circumstances for the loss of valuable assets, cryptocurrencies, or other information.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any issues caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage that are not the result of defects in material or workmanship.
  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage caused by negligence, improper maintenance or modification, or damage or destruction caused by natural disasters, such as lightning, floods, and other natural phenomena.
  • Theft or loss of the Physical Goods.

Biternity will not assume responsibility for all risks of loss or damage to the Physical Good while it is being shipped to Biternity.

In order to receive warranty service, the first step is to contact us to assess the issue and determine the best course of action for you.

Once a solution has been determined, the Physical Goods should be sent to the address provided by Biternity, using their original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation that were included with them.
